Yes, you can request changes to your booking through the VIP Cars Manage Booking portal using your reservation number and email address. Amendments are subject to availability, supplier approval and the applicable booking terms. Any changes or additional charges will be communicated during the process.
Most bookings are eligible for a full refund when cancelled at least 48 hours before pick-up, subject to the booking's cancellation policy. If the Cancellation Protection upgrade is available and selected for the rental, you may be able to cancel for a full refund up to 2 hours before pick-up. Always check your booking's specific cancellation policy for applicable deadlines and conditions.

Deals typically cover airport surcharges or location fees, local taxes, and basic waivers such as Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) and Theft Waiver (TW), both of which may carry an excess (deductible).
